  • Cybersecurity services
  • Managed IT services
  • Software development services

3. Account Registration

To use certain services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Engage in any form of spamming or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Engage in activities that consume excessive resources
  • Host or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Resell services without explicit written permission

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Billing

Services are billed according to the pricing plans selected at the time of purchase. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type and are detailed in individual service agreements. Generally, monthly services are non-refundable.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain high availability for our services. Specific uptime guarantees and compensation policies are outlined in individual service SLAs. Our standard network uptime guarantee is 99.9% for most services.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your information. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our platform remain the property of AP Interactive Solutions or their respective owners. You retain ownership of your data and content hosted on our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AP Interactive Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AP Interactive Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for violations of these terms or illegal activities.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service platforms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
