Will not contribute to air, soil, or water pollution, applying strict prevention and control measures in line with current legislation.
Will not degrade biodiversity or natural ecosystems, assessing impact risks and requiring protection and compensation plans where applicable.
Will always respect minimum social safeguards, ensuring compliance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Periodic reviews adapting this policy to updates in European regulations, Commission delegated acts, and international ESG best practices.
Publication of clear and verifiable information on the application of the DNSH principle in our operations, enabling accountability before clients, partners, and regulators.
In case of non-compliance: immediate review of the affected operation, adaptation of practices to ensure compliance, and exclusion of the operation as a last resort.
