Do No Significant Harm · In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/852 on the Sustainable Finance Taxonomy.

FUNDAMENTAL COMMITMENT

AP Interactive Solutions S.L. will ensure that all its activities and cloud infrastructure services comply with the principle of Do No Significant Harm (DNSH), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/852 on the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance and its implementing legislation.

This principle means that none of our operations may cause significant harm to the European Union's environmental objectives or to the internationally recognised minimum social safeguards. The DNSH principle is integrated into every stage of the operational cycle: preliminary analysis, decision-making, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

SPECIFIC DNSH COMMITMENTS

Climate Mitigation and Adaptation

Will not compromise climate change mitigation and adaptation, incorporating emission reduction and climate resilience plans in our data centres and operations.

Water and Marine Resources

Will not negatively affect water and marine resources, ensuring responsible use of water in our cooling systems and protection of aquatic ecosystems.

Circular Economy

Will not cause significant damage to the circular economy, prioritising reuse, recycling, and efficiency in the use of technological equipment.

Pollution Prevention

Will not contribute to air, soil, or water pollution, applying strict prevention and control measures in line with current legislation.

Biodiversity Protection

Will not degrade biodiversity or natural ecosystems, assessing impact risks and requiring protection and compensation plans where applicable.

Minimum Social Safeguards

Will always respect minimum social safeguards, ensuring compliance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
